Introduction:

To comply with the above Regulations the club is required to obtain your consent to the storage and use of your personal information.

Personal Information Held:

Name, address, phone number(s) and email address

Storage

Your personal information is stored either on hard copy held in a secure area, or on a password secured computer under the control of a Club Office Bearer.

Use of Personal Data:

Your name, telephone numbers and email address is published on a Membership Card which is distributed to the members of the Abertay Probus Club. The Club also use your phone numbers and email address to communicate to members as required.

Note: Your personal data will not be used for any other reason without your permission.
